Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs processing between PT Tanyakan Asisten Interaktif as Processor and the workspace customer as Controller for end-user data processed through BantuCS.

This DPA forms part of the Terms of Service. Business and government customers may request a signed, customized DPA through our sales team.

1. Roles and parties

The Controller determines the purposes and means of processing. The Processor processes data only on the Controller's documented instructions and within the service configuration.

2. Processing scope

Data may include channel identifiers, names, conversation content, files, custom fields, and order status. Processing supports routing, AI inference, retrieval, broadcasts, support workflows, security, and audit. Processing continues while the subscription is active and through the applicable deletion period.
