Terms of Service

Welcome to Tanyakan.ai, a multichannel customer service platform operated by PT Tanyakan Asisten Interaktif. By registering, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Definitions

Workspace means the business or organization that subscribes to the service. Customer means a person who interacts with a workspace through a connected channel. Credits are usage units for conversations and other metered services. Workspace Content is data uploaded or generated by the workspace.

2. Accounts and registration

You must provide accurate, current information and protect your account credentials, passwords, and API keys. Report suspected compromise or unauthorized access within 72 hours. Government workspaces may require an official organization email for verification.
